We had the good fortune of having Bana as our agent when we sold our house. It was the single best decision - and ultimately resulted in us selling the house in one weekend, above asking price- at a time when the market was slowing down and homes were sitting on the market for months. She is the consummate professional— has a great pulse on the market, and works hard to ensure that the house is in the shape it needs to be to attract interest and offers. As we lived out of town, she provided oversight to the crew who did the prep work to make ready the house. She has a very good sense on what is important to fix and what we could let go. She is also very proactive in helping us find the right contractors to work with. The end product was immaculate— the marketing superb— resulting in lots of interest and ultimately multiple bidders for the house. For perspective, this was may of 2025– a time when the market was not strong. Net, I highly highly recommend Bana for selling a house!
